Hello, my name is Megan (Meg) Reilly, and I am proud to be the Centre Manager at Junior Explorers Early Learning. 

With over 12 years of experience in the early childhood education and care sector, I bring a strong passion for supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

My journey began in 2014, when I graduated high school with a Certificate III in Children’s Services and Learning. Since then, I have worked across a variety of early learning settings and age groups while continuing to grow professionally. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have progressed through several leadership roles, including Lead Educator, Educational Leader, and Assistant Service Manager.

I am incredibly proud to be part of the Junior Explorers team and truly value the meaningful impact we have on children’s early learning experiences. I strongly believe that the relationships we build and the environments we create play a vital role in laying the foundations for each child’s future learning, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

Children thrive when they feel safe, secure, and nurtured. I am passionate about observing the learning children initiate themselves and supporting them to become confident, capable learners. Building strong, trusting relationships with children and partnering closely with families is at the heart of my practice. Together, we strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that feels like a home away from home for every child.

Hi! My name is Haylee, and I am proud to be the Assistant Centre Manager at Junior Explorers Early Learning.

I have been part of the Junior Explorers team since our doors first opened in October 2023, and I feel incredibly grateful to have been involved in building our centre culture from the very beginning and watching the growth of our journey.

I am a dedicated early childhood professional who believes every child learns in their own unique way. While some children may require additional support, I strongly believe that all children have the capacity to grow, develop, and build upon their knowledge when nurtured in a supportive environment. My passion lies in recognising each child’s individual strengths and challenges and guiding them to develop the confidence and skills needed to thrive in their daily experiences.

I am committed to providing high-quality care and creating enriching learning environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore. I strive to foster curiosity, independence, and a strong sense of belonging through calm, inclusive spaces and meaningful interactions. Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing is at the heart of my practice, and I aim to model care, respect, and encouragement in everything I do.

Hello, my name is Rhiana, and I am proud to be the Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader at Junior Explorers Early Learning

I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and come from a strong childcare background, inspired by my mother’s nearly 30 years in the industry. Becoming a mother myself further ignited my passion for early childhood education and deepened my love for supporting children as they learn, grow, and develop.

I began my journey in Early Childhood Education and Care six years ago as a float educator, supporting children across multiple age groups. I quickly progressed into room-based roles, including Nursery Assistant and Toddler Assistant. After returning from maternity leave as a Diploma-qualified educator, I stepped into my first Lead Educator role, where I had the privilege of working with toddlers, junior kindy, and pre-kindy children, supporting them through important developmental milestones and watching their unique personalities flourish.

Over the next four years, I continued to grow professionally as a Lead Educator before moving into the role of Educational Leader, and one year later into Second Assistant Centre Manager. Now, in my current role as Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader, I am passionate about mentoring educators, strengthening teaching practices, and creating inclusive, engaging learning environments where every child feels valued and supported.

I truly believe that strong relationships, high-quality learning environments, and collaborative partnerships with families are the foundation of children’s success. I am committed to nurturing each child’s wellbeing and development while supporting our team to deliver meaningful, enriching learning experiences every day.

Hi! My name is Samatha, and I’m the Development Manager of Junior Explorers.

Samantha is our Development Manager. She is responsible for providing support to the centre owners, centre leadership team, team members, families and children. She is the "escalation point: for issues and complaints. She provides the infrastructure services, such as policy and professional development systems, in-service training delivery and budget management, and ensures the centre is focused on continuous improvement.
